This delicious artichoke cream is very easy to make and is the perfect dish to restore our liver and digestive system during and after the Christmas period, when we might have overloaded our bodies with too much food.


  • 2 onions
  • 8 artichokes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Water
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in a few drops of oil 
  2. Remove the harder outside leaves from the artichokes (3 or 4 layers) 
  3. Add the artichokes to the onion and garlic, and add the water, which should not cover the artichokes. Add a pinch of salt
  4. Cook for 10 minutes
  5. Blend it all together
  6. Serve with pepper and oil on top
